"content": "I would like to start by appreciating the Senate Majority Leader because I have been keen on the submissions that he highlighted. I would also like to appreciate all the stakeholders that walked with us on this annual discussion on division of revenue, led by the Council of Governors (CoG) Chairperson, that is Governor Ahmed of Wajir County; the National Treasury, led by the Cabinet Secretary himself, Hon. Mbadi; and the Commission on Revenue Allocation (CRA) who we have worked closely. Apart from the issue of division of revenue, we have also worked with them on the upcoming formula that we look forward to discuss on Thursday."
