    "content": "The Bill also indicates that the proposed counties equitable share is 25.79 per cent of the most recent audited financial reports. I want to emphasise on this because as a committee, we have been pushing the National Assembly Committee on Finance and National Planning to approve because the Constitution is clear in terms of using the last audited reports. If audited reports are not approved, then it becomes difficult, but that was done. That amount is Kshs1.5 trillion."
