    "content": "We have raised issues of the Equalisation Fund on the Floor of this House. That is a matter that is important for all the counties. There have been arrears to the Equalisation Fund. I have tabled before this House what has been remitted by the National Treasury and where we are as far as deficits are concerned. They should not confuse that the Equalisation Fund is also part of the equitable share."
