As you can see, if there is anybody who is not sober, certainly it is not the Questioner but the Assistant Minister himself. He has given a list saying the cattle were returned to Merus and Samburus without laying on the Table of the House the names of the Meru, Samburu or Borana who were given the cattle. You do not get away by simply mentioning Meru, Borana and Samburu. Give names!"
