    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. We are talking about a Government that has failed to solve our problems and it has gone ahead to murder people in the process of attempting to do something; and it is stealing livestock from people. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, you have allowed the Assistant Minister, my good friend, to come and mislead the House. He keeps telling us that he is sympathetic with Parliament. We do not need his sympathy. We want the Government to take action. If this Government has failed to identify the people, then it has no business being in place. They should resign and we move on to the other side."
