    "content": "I urge the leadership of this House to consider revisiting that provision where they have misinterpreted Article 203(3) to mean that you have to wait for the National Assembly to do whatever it wants to do with the report of the Auditor-General before it applies on the counties. Even if it was so, we should go back to Article 259(8). Just ask yourself, how long would it take for that?"
