    "content": " On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I rise under Standing Order No.82, which requires somebody to either substantiate or to withdraw. My colleague, Maj-Gen. Nkaisserry, has referred to the comment that was made by both Messrs. Ethuro and Letimalo concerning the Government being murderous. Since we cannot allow that blank labeling of the whole Government, could they substantiate who the thieves and the murderer are in this incident?"
