Indeed, if it is true that the hon. Member said that the Government is murdering people, Standing Order No.82 says that you have to take responsibility for the statement of fact. You have to prove not later than the next sitting day, failure to which you shall be considered to be disorderly. If you think you cannot prove that by the next sitting day, then you better withdraw now or else you substantiate and prove."
