    "content": "If you were keen to listen to Members of the Committee on Finance and Budget, they told us that the National Assembly is completely violating the Constitution. It has violated Article 202 that demands that revenue raised be shared equitably. It has also violated the Constitution in the sense that they received the audited financial statements from the Auditor-General for Financial Year 2024/2025, but they have refused to consider. That means that any funds can never be shared equitably between the national and county governments."
