    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I stand to seek a Ministerial Statement from the Minister for Youth and Sports regarding Kenyan athletes who have lost their citizenship as a result of being duped into running for foreign countries, including Qatar. In the Ministerial Statement, the Minister should tell us how many Kenyan athletes are affected and what steps the Government has taken to restore their citizenship to allow them to participate in sporting activities in Kenya and other countries."
