    "content": "(1) The current implementation status of Extended Producer's Responsibility (EPR) obligation by manufacturers across the country, including a comprehensive list of compliant and non-compliant manufacturers. (2) The total amount of levies collected and penalties imposed on the manufacturers failing to comply with EPR obligations, along with a breakdown of the beneficiaries of the funds collected from these levies and the penalties. (3) An explanation for the continued presence and proliferation of banned single- use plastics in the market, particularly in consumer packaging. (4) The measures put in place to promote public awareness and sensitization on EPR obligations with specific focus on outreach to county governments. I thank you."
