    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, with your indulgence, this is one of the rare occasions that I have gotten useful information from Sen. Sifuna. I hope he keeps up the good spirit. My final point is on salary. I want to agree with my colleagues. I said this before when you gave me a chance. Why do you allow these Universal Health Coverage (UHC) staff to demonstrate daily? Senate Majority and Senate Minority Leaders, you have led us. Even last week with the consultation with the former Prime Minister. Why can you not call to order the Committee of the Whole, the Cabinet Secretary for Health and his Ministry, the Council of Governors (GoG) and stakeholders of UHC through your powers, we sit here as the whole House and resolve this UHC issue? This is our legacy. I want to challenge the leadership of this House, led by Sen. Sifuna, Sen. Wambua and Sen. Cheruiyot, please, call the whole House, so that we resolve this issue of UHC. We are tired. We are tired!"
