"content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I will not get to the specifics of this Bill. Arising from what I have said above, I want the people of Kakamega County to know that Fernandes Barasa will receive Kshs711,709,892 because of this industry. I want to inform the doctors of Kakamega County, who are owed salary arrears, that in this Bill, there is Kshs44,529,977. The doctors of Kakamega County should expect Hon. Barasa to pay them these millions next week. If he does not do so, I will lead them to the office of the Governor. We will throw him out until he has paid them. That is when he will understand that we are not playing games in Nairobi. I also want to appeal for calm amongst the Community Health Promoters (CHP) of Kakamega County. In this Bill, we have brought home Kshs127,500,000. I am appealing to all the CHPs in Likuyani, Lugari, Malava, Navakholo, Shinyalu, Ikolomani, Lurambi, Mumias East, Matungu, Mumias West, Butere and Khwisero. I want them to take the nearest boda boda, next week, and go to the Governor's Office. They will find me there. He must pay them this money."
