    "content": "share the concerns that have been raised, particularly on the discipline by the National Treasury adhering to the disbursement schedule as approved by this Senate, which has not happened. Considering that we are approaching the end of the financial year, the proposal in the county additional allocations disbursement schedule is that once passed, they will disburse the funds in two tranches. That is 50 per cent before end of May and the remaining 50 per cent in June."
