Under the Standing Orders, I think the rule is now very clear that if it is directly addressed to the Ministry of Agriculture, then it should be answered by the Minister for Agriculture. I am not sure that the Prime Minister would be the right person to answer this question given that it relates exclusively to the Ministry of Agriculture."
