    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, as people of Marsabit County, we fully appreciate the Government’s efforts in linking Marsabit County to the rest of the world. My last question is about the fourth phase which is Turbi-Moyale, the last segment of the road, linking us with Ethiopia. In his response, the Assistant Minister said the African Development Bank has shown some interest. Just the word “interest” does not show much commitment. This is a major investment. I am sure the people of Marsabit County would like to see this road being concluded once and for all. Could he confirm that it is more than interest; that actually there is commitment for investing in this last phase of the road?"
