    "content": "First, I would like to pass my condolences to the mother and other family members of that young girl who lost her life in circumstances that, even though I am not a doctor, should not have led to that. Since it already happened, the best we can do is to send our condolences to the family and thank Members of the committee for what they have done, at least to give some little comfort to the family. They have demonstrated that the Senate of the Republic of Kenya cares and that we have gone to the root of this matter, just to see what may have gone wrong."
