One does not have to pay millions of shillings in hospitals. Our women will now pay Kshs40,000 for chemotherapy when they go for cancer treatment instead of the Kshs140,000 per session. SHA was giving about Kshs540,000 to cover for that yet they have several sessions. If each session goes for Kshs140,000 it means that they will not complete the sessions. The Cabinet Secretary told us that they have negotiated it to Kshs40,000 per session. What I am saying is that we have a very proactive Cabinet Secretary."
