    "content": "Hon. Members, I wish to report to the House that I have received a Message from the Hon. Chief Justice who is the President of the Supreme Court of Kenya regarding the nomination of persons for appointment as chairperson and members of the Public Benefit Organisations Disputes Tribunal. In the Message, the Hon. Chief Justice conveys that in accordance with the provisions of Section 50 of the Public Benefit Organisations Act of 2013, she has appointed the following persons as Chairperson and members of the Public Benefit Organisations Disputes Tribunal, and now seeks the approval of the National Assembly: 1. Ms Eunice Adoyo Otieno Arwa, chairperson. 2. Ms Christabel Mideva Eboso, member. 3. Ms Elizabeth Mbithe Mulwa, member. 4. Dr Leonard Kinyulusi, member. 5. Mr Mohamed Sheikh Noor, member. For clarity, Section 50 of the Public Benefit Organisations Act of 2013 provides that, and I quote: The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly. A certified version of this Report can be obtained from the Hansard Editor."
