    "content": "It has been said many times that the reason many African countries are poor is because they have leaders who get into those positions to loot those countries. It will be impossible to make any difference, unless we ensure that we bar such people from contesting for political office. So, vetting must be both at the national and local level. Of course, it will be difficult to come up with a vetting committee, but I think one of the challenges of this body is to come up with ways of identifying the people who will be better placed to make those decisions."
