Talk to the Ministry under your oversight and advise them that any regulations not presented to this House cannot be considered valid. They must bring the regulations here, and the Committee will review and amend them in whatever form, and approve them for them to become lawful. I agree with you that we cannot compromise security, but neither should we do anything illegal in the name of security."
