    "content": "Hon. Members, I have a recognition of students from The University of Nairobi, which is my University. I wish to introduce you to a group of students from the Department of Political Science and Public Administration, Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences at The University of Nairobi, who are seated in the Speaker's Gallery. They are visiting the National Assembly for an academic lecture on the legislative process. They are led by— 1. Dr Oscar Otele, PhD – Senior Lecturer and Chairman, Department of Political Science and Public Administration. 2. Dr Mwacbofi Singo – Lecturer, Department of Political Science and Public Administration 3. Dr Tom Ochola – Lecturer, Department of Political Science and Public Administration. Hon.
