Chairlady, I wish to reiterate what the Leader of the Majority Party has said that Members need to take note that both the legislative arm of the Government and the Judiciary will be reporting to the EACC. This is a very serious policy change. The way I see it, this will put many people in jail; the corrupt. There is no due process as I see it. Before you report to the EACC, you should report first to the constitutional bodies that manage those institutions. That is why the Judiciary Service Commission (JSC) is in place, and that is why the Parliamentary Service Commission is in place."
