    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Chairlady. It is good that we make a comment on this. It exactly says that a register will be maintained of all persons that receive gifts including when a judge comes to visit my court and sometimes they come with their mothers, because sometimes it is nice to carry an old lady to show her the rest of the country, and I gift her a chicken. If the judge forgets to declare that chicken, they would have committed an offence and will be liable to prosecution. It is not only the judge, but any public officer who fails to make the declaration. This is a reservation and we just have to go by it."
