    "content": "This amendment relates to declarations. The subclause which we deleted is being reinstated. We had deleted it in the mediated version of the Bill. Of course, we had very good reasons for deleting the provision on what public officers must submit to the Commission in their declaration of assets and liabilities. The provision is being reinstated.
