"content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker. I take this opportunity to welcome all the learners and their teachers, both in the Public Gallery and the Speaker's Gallery to the House of Parliament. I encourage them to view today as a learning experience because tomorrow, they will have an opportunity to serve in this House. I want to tell them to feel encouraged, go back to their institutions and work very hard. I have heard the schools mentioned, and I have no doubt that they will produce, in future, very good debaters and excellent legislators to serve in this House. Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker. Once again, I welcome the learners and teachers to the House of Parliament."
