    "content": "Thank you, Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker. I would like to thank the Assistant Minister for donating the two minutes to me. One, I think it is important that the Government provides vehicles in these areas before disasters occur. We also need to have adequate police personnel before disasters occur. Two, we talked about people uprooting the railway line. We also have young men who are occupying people’s houses in Mathare and other places. These are the acts, which are helping these groups to grow."
