    "content": "In Mathare and Kibera, we have people who are staying in other people’s houses that they do not pay rent for. Third, it appears as if some of the people who went to attack people in Mathira came from outside that area. It is important that attention be paid to people who may want to fund chaos in that region of Central Kenya. It is crucial that this information that has come out be investigated. It will also be important that we get statements from Ministers instead of requesting for adjournments. I beg to support."
