    "content": "Article 9 of the Treaty creates a committee composed of representatives from each member State. The committee will meet bi-annually to oversee the operations of the Agreement and to review information provided by members at least, every two years. The Committee noted that upon ratification, Kenya would be required to align its laws, regulations, and administrative procedures with the Agreement, which includes providing a description of its fisheries regime, citing relevant national laws and procedures within one year of the Agreement’s entry into force and promptly, notifying the WTO of any subsequent changes."
