    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Chairlady. I also rise to support this amendment. The aspect of rivers and water catchment areas is very key. To be honest, if you go around the country and see where the eucalyptus trees have been planted along rivers they are drying up. It is important for us to give the Cabinet Secretary the opportunity to make regulations through this amendment, so that this species can be contained. I support. Thank you, Hon. Chairlady.
