    "content": "This is, therefore, a very important Bill. It needs to be passed and implemented as quickly as possible. We need to set aside and appropriate funds as the National Assembly, because the Government has set the policy. We need to appropriate funds to go towards the recruitment of these extension officers. We have too many graduates out there with certificates, diplomas, and degrees in extension services; specifically, in agriculture and livestock. It is, therefore, vital that we pass this Bill because it will give direction to agricultural policy in this country. I support."
