    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. Apart from people who do not get their pension, there are people who get their Pension, but it is stolen. I would like to ask the Cabinet Secretary whether he is aware that this is a problem that is going on with pensioners, especially teachers. We have a number of cases where there is collusion with banks. Pensioners are defrauded of their money. If he is aware of these issues, what is the Central Bank of Kenya (CBK) in conjunction with the National Treasury doing to deal with them?"
