Cabinet Secretary, could you tell us why there has been a delay in processing pension funds for police and retired Teachers Service Commission (TSC) officers under the Public Service Superannuation Scheme? Secondly, when will that be paid because there is a patent and palpable delay however, we are still in the same system?"
