    "content": "We will start by constructing a 45-kilometre transmission line from Lake Turkana Wind Power (LTWP) Project in Loiyangalani Town; a project that has delayed inordinately. We want to commit that come December this year, it shall be complete and we shall commission it. That will enable Loiyangalani Town and its environs to enjoy quality, affordable and reliable power from the national grid for the first time.
