    "content": "More often than not, we have seen such Non Governmental Organisations like MARS Group providing information on debt which cannot stand the test of time. I say this because I would like to table some document. They have consistently stated that our position on public debt is a hidden Treasury secret yet every year, there is a Report on the Appropriations Accounts and other accounts of funds of the Republic of Kenya presented by the Controller and Auditor-General. The Public Accounts Committee (PAC) also presents this Report before this House, for scrutiny. I am sure, Mr. Imanyara has served in this Committee during his life in this House. Attached to that, is a full record of the entire debt of the Republic of Kenya in detail, per line. Mr. Speaker, Sir, for those who have not had the opportunity to look at the documents that are availed to this House, I would like to table this."
