"content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker, for giving me this opportunity. I also want to add my voice to this issue. The answer read by Hon. Raso is completely misplaced. What the Cabinet Secretary is saying is neither here nor there. He is giving justification that somebody who was screened by a military officer, a police officer, or the Kenya Airports Authority (KAA) officers should be screened again at the airport here. It does not make sense. How could a person flying from Wajir to Wilson Airport have other security issues? Where could they get bombs or anything that is going to create problems for this country? It does not make sense. The Cabinet Secretary said it is not discriminatory, but I believe that is a discriminatory issue. There is nowhere else or any other passenger from another airport that is screened in this country, apart from those coming from Northern Kenya. We want this regulation to be brought to this House, debated, seen, annulled and ratified to achieve uniformity across the country.
