    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I also want to thank the Prime Minister on that directive that he has given. I would like to hear a further clarification from him following the directive. We know that the Ministry of Finance, to a certain extent, exercises some Executive powers, unlike other Ministries. The same applies to the Ministry of Local Government. What I want to know from the Prime Minister is whether we are creating a situation of potential conflict between an Executive directive from the Ministry of Finance and the Office of the Prime Minister? If so, what will happen, because we have to move carefully so that the country moves forward in an appropriate manner?"
