    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. The Chairperson of Public Investments Committee on Social Services, Administration and Agriculture, Hon. Wangwe, will concur with us that the issues we are dealing with are not easy, and you can clearly see that. As a Committee, we decided that we must work for public good. I want to inform the Member that this is a matter that has been interrogated by the Auditor-General. It is a matter that was before the Departmental Committee on Health and the Committee on Implementation in the 12th Parliament. The issue that was important to the Committee was the welfare of the KU students. We upheld the resolutions of the two Committees of this House.
