He was the one who failed to attend the Committee Session where we questioned the Cabinet Secretary on his behalf. He is an absentee Member. When we had the Cabinet Secretary before us, we invited him to attend but he declined. The Chair is simply conveying the outcome. We did a great deal of work for you as the Member for Marakwet West.
