    "content": "Historically, after the First and Second World Wars, the economies of Europe and the Americas were resurrected by their road networks and infrastructure. They put all their money and efforts into building infrastructure, which is the key to development in any country. Without infrastructure, there is no development. I support this Motion and I wish it could be made into a reality. I hope it will not end up in the archives of the National Assembly. I also hope that the Departmental Committee on Transport and Infrastructure will use this Motion as a case study, taking into account the contributions by Members."
