    "content": "Many of our people are still recovering from the adverse effects of the unprecedented violence that followed the disputed Presidential Elections of 2007. Millions of our people remain trapped in dehumanizing poverty from cradle to grave. The challenges of insecurity, poor infrastructure and youth unemployment remain. This is no cause for despair. The Grand Coalition Government was conceived and dedicated to restoration of peace and stability as much as it was to the realization of the fundamental reforms. We have worked together under very difficult circumstances in the past and we can do so again."
