    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker, for giving me this opportunity. I thank Hon. Faith for this important Motion. I encourage her to put this into a Bill because it is very important. I am from a meeting with the Cabinet Secretary for Roads and Transport. For the first time, I commend the Government and the appointing authority for getting it right in the appointment of Hon. Chirchir as the Cabinet Secretary for Roads and Transport. We can see light at the end of the tunnel. That man understands Kenya and knows what he is doing. So, I congratulate him. He is doing a good job."
