    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. The Prime Minister is misleading this House. He might be in Government, as he purports to be, but he is misleading this House for the simple reason that it was very clear from the KEBS report that the maize consignment was not supposed to be off-loaded. It was actually supposed to be sent back to South Africa. However, he intervened and decided that the maize should be off-loaded. Where was it taken? Who consumed it? Who imported the maize, Mr. Prime Minister?"
