    "content": "All these sugar companies are in one way or another owned by the Government. The Government has about 20 percent shares in Kimilili Sugar Company and Mumias Sugar Company. Nzoia Sugar Company is a Government sugar company. Who is to sort out the problems in the sugar industry? It is the Government. So, I would have expected His Excellency the President to be generous to the people of Western Province and address the problems that we face in the sugar industry."
