    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, my heart is very heavy when I hear about Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs). A free country like Kenya should not have Kenyans sleeping outside and suffering while leaders are there. We seem not to be acting with the fastest speed possible to settle them. It is my conviction that, unless we settle other Kenyans and make them comfortable, I do not think, truly, we are playing our role as leaders."
