It is, once again, with profound grief and shock, that I learnt of the sudden and untimely death of hon. Charles Lilechi Lugano, Member of Parliament for Shinyalu Constituency, which occurred on Monday, 4th May, 2009, while undergoing treatment at the Nairobi Hospital. It is particularly saddening to note that hon. Lugano becomes the fifth Member of this House to pass on in such a short span of the Tenth Parliament."
