    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I fully agree with the hon. Member for Samburu East that shortage of staff is a major crunch in the Ministry. Currently, we are operating at 37 per cent less the number of staff this Ministry is supposed to have. Even that percentage was improved after we hired 100 veterinary officers and 800 support staff. Because of the current economic situation, there is a ban on employment. However, I am pursuing this matter so that we can be allowed to employ more officers."
