    "content": "The problem of staffing in hardship areas, especially the northern part of Kenya is that most staff do not like staying there unless they are from those areas. Unfortunately, we had very few veterinary surgeons in those areas. We are trying our level best to ensure that the newly recruited officers are posted to hardship areas and other parts of the country that require them."
