The Ministry of Livestock Development, in collaboration with the Ministry of Public Health and Sanitation, is on high alert on the issue of Swine Flu. My technical team and that from the Ministry of Public Health and Sanitation have already put in place the necessary arrangements to counter the disease. I am sure advertisements are already out in the public domain. This is done as a preventive measure through an Inter-Ministerial Committee that is already in operation. The country has been put on high alert in terms of resources, surveillance and all that appertains to Swine Flu."
