    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. With a lot of respect to the Assistant Minister, he failed to address the question of Lamu being a world heritage site. We are aware that in 2003, Lamu was declared a world heritage site. From what we know, the UNESCO World Heritage Committee allocates funds for development of world heritage sites. How much of those funds have been applied to the people of Lamu? How much was received and how much is being utilised for purposes of settling those people? A lot of money is being wasted and misused by this Ministry."
